Can you think of a situation when you, or someone you know, quit too soon?
I’m sure you know people who started a diet, lost a few pounds, and quit their diet. Diets can be important, even critical, but I want to talk to you about bigger life opportunities.
I’m not built to be a good runner or cyclist. Football, skiing and weight lifting are more natural to me. On a whim I decided to enter a duathlon. That’s a triathlon without the swim part. There's no way I could swim that far. I didn’t train much thinking that my general fitness was enough.
