I adopted this Life Pivoting Principle to hold myself accountable to better behaviour in all circumstances. I want to be a role model of wisdom. Thankfully, I have help.
I have the privilege to facilitate conversations about personal growth with a group of eight entrepreneurs. We cover a lot of ground as we aim to improve ourselves. Recently I asked them to ponder two questions. Maybe before reading on, write them down and list your own answers. It will give context as I share what my colleagues’ answers were.
- Who are you a role model for?
- What do you want to model?

But it gets a lot easier when you think of your loved ones looking at how you behave. These are my colleagues’ answers to the question “Who are you a role model for?”
